Rocket Petz Shipping Information
• Rocket Petz offers Standard Ground, 2-day or Standard Overnight Shipping. Most orders ship via FedEx but Rocket Petz reserves the right to ship by whatever carrier we deem appropriate. We do not guarantee the arrival date of any packages.
• Rocket Petz currently only ships to the 48 Continental US. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or PO Boxes at this time.
• The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• Shipping confirmations with your tracking number will be emailed as soon as an item ships.
• Please allow 1-2 business days processing time before an item is shipped. We try to process orders within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays, however, all orders must be reviewed, addresses verified and credit card charged before it can be prepared for shipment. Issues such as suspected fraud, address mismatches, or different billing and shipping addresses can delay processing.
• Orders ship from our Texas warehouse after processing. Depending on your location, orders should arrive within 1-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-4 days for priority shipping. Please take this into account if you are placing an order for expedited delivery. If an order is urgent, please contact us at customerservice@rocketpetz.com for assistance.
• Rocket Petz will make every effort to meet customer shipping requests. Please call or email Customer Service if you have special shipping needs or urgent orders.

• Rocket Petz offers will call pick up at our Texas warehouse for local customers during regular business hours.
• Customers utilizing will call pick up receive special discounts on their order.
